So far so good. App is a bit sluggish sometimes. Also the option to add emergency contact shows it works and adds contacts but doesnt display them. So your profile is always stuck at 90% completed instead of 100. Also offers that have expired are still visible and give error when trying to apply them. The rider tracking is also a bit finicky. Although, no complaints about the riders and the payment is as seamless as promised. Needs improvement on some ends but overall a good app. 5 stars next. ✌

Here's my review so far. Good thing. It shows the estimated route and actual route. Bad thing. Doesn't reduce the trip cost even if your actual trip distance is twice less than that of the estimated distance.. Please, work on optimising the route. If not, work on reducing fare when the trip is shorter. I have seen you adding additional cost when pickup is far. Also, the app unable to get data from the server. Good thing the app itself doesn't crash.

So, I was in a rush & I booked ride by using this app. I was waiting for the ride to arrive but the rider went straight up to my drop location without me. I mean why would you offer a ride if you're not willing to. And today I saw promo code and booked a ride for my office, I got a ride as well but he cancelled idk why and the app itself changed the rider, he dropped me to my location and I asked him "kati bhayo dai?" And the app displayed the amount without discount. I had to pay full amount.
